Protecting public property and security within the institution
Order no 95-24 Dated on 30 Rabi' al-Thani of the year 1416 OK 25 September year 1995 It relates to the protection of public property and the security of people therein ( Official Gazette, 1995, No. 55, p 3- 6 ) .
Law No 19-02 Dated on 14 Dhul-Qi'dah in the year 1440 Corresponding to July 17, 2019, relating to the general rules for preventing the dangers of fire and panic ( Official Gazette 2019, No. 46, p 5- 10 ).

Executive Decree No 93-222 Dated on 16 Rabi' al-Thani of the year 1414 OK 2 October 1993, the Basic Law determines the officers and heads of prevention and security teams and regulates their salaries ( Official Gazette 1993, No 63 , page 13- 14 ) .

Executive Decree No 98-410 Dated on 18 Shaaban in general 1419 OK 7 December year 1998 It includes the establishment of ministerial offices for internal security in the institution, their powers and organization ( Official Gazette 1998, No 92 , page 25- 26 )، Amended and supplemented by Executive Decree No 18-50 Historian V 12 Jumada al-Awwal year 1439 OK 30 January year 2018 ( Official Gazette 2018, No. 6, p 8-9).
Executive Decree No 17-126 Dated on 28 Jumada II year 1438 OK 27 March 2017, determines the measure to prevent radiological and nuclear dangers, as well as the means and methods of combating these damages when they occur. (Official Gazette 2017, No. 21, p 16-21).
Decision dated on 13 Rabi' al-Awwal year 1423 OK 26 May year 2002 It determines the composition and functioning of the Ministerial Office for Internal Security in the institution at the level of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.( Official Gazette 2002, No 46 , page 19).

Naming public institutions, places and buildings Or rename it
Presidential Decree No 14-01 Dated on 3 Rabi' al-Awwal year 1435 OK 5 January 2014, determines how public institutions, places, and buildings will be named or renamed ( Official gazette for one year 2014 number 01 , page 03-08).
Decision No 14-01 Dated on 29 Dhu al-Hijjah 1435 OK 23 October 2014 It includes dedicating the naming of university institutions ( Register of administrative courses of the Ministry of Mujahideen for one year 2014).
