This call falls within the ongoing efforts to add a developmental approach to research in order to find practical solutions to the needs of some of the economic and social institutions that contributed to proposing these projects, in addition to enabling the possession of innovative methods in designing and producing prototypes and products that are exploitable and economically feasible, or those directed to establishing emerging and mini-enterprises and/or crowning some of the outputs with international patents..
This call also aims, through programming the implementation of targeted development projects, to deliver the products achieved by the participating research teams that are identical or consistent with those proposed by the institutions initiating the projects.. It should be noted that the process of selecting projects is carried out according to a scientific evaluation by experts, taking into account appropriate criteria in addition to feasibility criteria in terms of evaluation, innovative and economic efficiency..
