At the beginning, the Minister inaugurated the first business incubator in the national education sector, INCUBEDUC_INRE, at the headquarters of the National Institute for Research in Education, after which he gave a speech in which he indicated that organizing this competition is a precedent in the sector, as it is the first national competition for national education in Algeria for emerging institutions, aiming to encourage innovation in many educational fields, in a way: Innovative pedagogical engineering, creation of innovative educational contents and educational methods that employ digital technology, and management of the educational system. This is in line with the directive of the country’s higher authorities to create private companies that would add to the national economy, something that was confirmed by the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on many occasions, as an expression of his strong political will to develop areas of innovation and send emerging institutions that constitute an important stake in the ladder of national priorities aimed at enhancing the pace of economic development..
The Minister appreciated the innovative projects submitted by emerging institutions participating in the competition, which was based on the digital-educational challenge, whereby the 12 A project from among 77 A proposed innovative project in the field of education, which was evaluated by a special committee at the National Institute for Research in Education, and various groups participated in it, including students, students, professors-researchers, and permanent researchers..
